In-process service
Suzhou Ruiqi is responsible for free startup, debugging, and on-site training for operators. Free guidance installation is provided. After the equipment installation and debugging are completed, experienced engineers will be dispatched to the site for free technical services and will be responsible for resolving problems that arise during the installation, debugging, and operation of the contracted equipment. Training: Free technical training is provided at Demont (Shanghai) Compressor Co., Ltd. or at the customer's site. The duration of the training is determined by the customer. The specific service method is confirmed through communication based on the customer's location.
After-sales service
For quality issues or problems caused during use, if the customer requests, the supplier will remotely troubleshoot for the customer at any time (24 hours a day) to ensure the normal production of the customer. Factory original equipment parts: For any air compressor users, the company guarantees that the spare parts provided to them are factory original equipment parts.
