100% Oil-Free Compression, Ultra-Clean Air Supply
Two-stage dry rotor compression structure, no lubricating oil inside the compression chamber. The delivered compressed air is completely oil-free, fully compliant with the strict air purity standards of food, medicine, electronics, textile and other industries.
Imported High-Precision Dry Airend
Adopts special oil-free asymmetric rotor profile with high-precision grinding processing. Large rotor, low-speed design reduces heat generation, vibration and noise. The rotor surface is coated with high-temperature resistant anti-abrasion composite coating, featuring wear resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life.
Power Frequency IE3 High-Efficiency Asynchronous Motor
Standard equipped with IE3 high-efficiency power frequency motor, IP54 protection grade, F-class insulation, Class B temperature rise. It can stably operate in high-dust, high-temperature harsh working conditions, with strong overload resistance and stable constant-speed output.
Direct Coupling Drive System, Low Energy Loss
Torsion elastic coupling transmission eliminates power loss from gearboxes and belts, with high transmission efficiency. The coupling comes with failure protection to buffer impact and vibration during startup and operation.
Multi-Stage Low-Noise Design
The Dry Oil-free PF Screw Air Compressor is equipped with closed sound insulation hood, and the inner wall is pasted with flame-retardant sound-absorbing cotton for acoustic noise reduction. Matched with low-noise centrifugal cooling fan, the overall operating noise is low to provide a quiet workshop environment.
Independent Air Intake & Efficient Cooling System
Independent air intake channel reduces intake resistance; multi-functional intake valve realizes no-load startup to cut motor startup load. Vertical modular plate-fin cooler with separate cold-hot air duct avoids hot air backflow, effectively taking away compression heat and controlling rotor operating temperature within a safe range.
304 Stainless Steel Air Circuit Pipeline, Anti-Corrosion & Durable
All gas contact pipelines adopt 304 stainless steel material, which resists rust and chemical corrosion, avoiding secondary pollution to compressed air. The pipeline layout is optimized with low pressure drop to improve overall energy efficiency.
Cold-Hot Zone Separation Layout, Extend Electrical Service Life
The internal layout separates the high-temperature compression zone and low-temperature electrical zone. All controllers, sensors and electrical components are placed in the cold area, free from high-temperature baking to reduce failure rate and prolong service life.
Convenient Daily Maintenance Structure
Openable side access doors are reserved for air filters and maintenance parts, without disassembling the whole machine. Standardized three-filter replacement positions greatly shorten maintenance time and reduce labor costs.
