Airend with large-diameter rotor design. The airend is directly connected to the diesel engine via a high-elasticity coupling without speed-increasing gears in between. The airend runs at the same rotational speed as the diesel engine, delivering high efficiency and long service life.

Automatically adjusts air output within the range of 0–100% according to actual air demand, and synchronously modulates the diesel engine throttle to reduce fuel consumption.

The microcomputer intelligently monitors all operating parameters including compressor discharge pressure, discharge temperature, diesel engine speed, oil pressure, water temperature and fuel tank liquid level. It is equipped with automatic alarm and emergency shutdown protection functions.

Multi-stage air filters adapt to heavily dusty working environments; multi-stage fuel filters match domestic fuel quality standards. Large-capacity oil-water coolers perform reliably under high-temperature and high-altitude conditions.

All serviceable components are within easy reach. Air filter, oil filter, fuel tank, battery and oil cooler can be conveniently maintained, minimizing equipment downtime.

Flexible to relocate even under harsh terrain conditions. Lifting lugs are fitted on the mobile screw air compressor for safe and convenient hoisting and transportation.
