Dual-Rotor Drive & Low Vibration

 

Each stage rotor is driven by helical gears to achieve optimal linear velocity. Designed with large rotors and low rotational speed for low noise and minimal vibration.

Permanent Magnet Motor for Energy Saving

 

Greatly cuts electricity cost. IP54 protection class and Class B temperature rise enable stable operation in harsh environments with heavy dust and high temperatures.

Coupling Connection for Higher Energy Efficiency

 

Direct coupling drive reduces power loss for better energy saving performance.

Multi-Layer Noise Reduction Design

 

Engineered based on acoustic calculation; special flame-retardant sound-absorbing cotton is pasted inside the unit to lower overall noise and deliver a quieter working environment.

Centrifugal Fan & Plate Fin Cooler

 

Matched with pressure-resistant plate fin cooler, the centrifugal fan features high wind pressure and low noise. MP PM VFD Screw Air Compressor adopts external independent air intake and specially designed upward exhaust duct to avoid hot air backflow. The plate fin cooler boasts high heat exchange efficiency and low internal pressure drop, enabling full oil heat exchange without hot spots.

Oil-Gas Separation System for Medium & High Pressure

 

Oil tank professionally developed for medium & high pressure working conditions achieves excellent primary separation under all operating modes. Custom oil separator core implements secondary separation, limiting residual oil content in finished compressed air to ≤3ppm.

Easy Maintenance Structure

 

Openable access doors are fitted at the three filter assemblies for convenient component installation and routine maintenance.

Specialized Airend Oil Supply System
