MP PM VFD Screw Air Compressor

Integrated two-stage airend with 3rd-generation asymmetric rotor technology. Optimized for medium-pressure compression ratio with high volumetric efficiency. Heavy-duty bearings are adopted to deliver superior stress bearing performance for rotors.

Each stage rotor is driven by helical gears to achieve optimal linear velocity. Designed with large rotors and low rotational speed for low noise and minimal vibration.

Greatly cuts electricity cost. IP54 protection class and Class B temperature rise enable stable operation in harsh environments with heavy dust and high temperatures.

Direct coupling drive reduces power loss for better energy saving performance.

Engineered based on acoustic calculation; special flame-retardant sound-absorbing cotton is pasted inside the unit to lower overall noise and deliver a quieter working environment.

Independent air intake structure reduces intake resistance. Multi-function intake valve group supports no-load startup to lower motor load. High-efficiency filter effectively removes particulate contaminants in air.

Matched with pressure-resistant plate fin cooler, the centrifugal fan features high wind pressure and low noise. MP PM VFD Screw Air Compressor adopts external independent air intake and specially designed upward exhaust duct to avoid hot air backflow. The plate fin cooler boasts high heat exchange efficiency and low internal pressure drop, enabling full oil heat exchange without hot spots.

Oil tank professionally developed for medium & high pressure working conditions achieves excellent primary separation under all operating modes. Custom oil separator core implements secondary separation, limiting residual oil content in finished compressed air to ≤3ppm.

Openable access doors are fitted at the three filter assemblies for convenient component installation and routine maintenance.

Specially designed oil supply system maintains stable oil supply pressure, delivering smoother unit operation and extended service life.
