Thorough Gas-Liquid Separation
Equipped with filter-type gas-liquid separators fitted with American HANKISON filter elements. It achieves thorough gas-liquid separation and prevents secondary evaporation of moisture, which is critical to securing the drying performance of the refrigerated air dryer. Its separation efficiency reaches 99.99%, higher than cyclone separators.
The pipeline system uses internally galvanized copper tubes, with optional working pressures ranging from 0.3 MPa to 4.5 MPa.
Stainless steel pipelines are available, suitable for pharmaceutical and food industries, with excellent resistance to acid, alkali and corrosion.
The air heat exchanger adopts fully corrugated copper tubes on both inner and outer walls to boost cold energy utilization. Its counter-flow structure delivers good temperature recovery and avoids condensation.
The evaporator features hydrophilic thin-walled copper tubes with pure aluminum fin plates and spoiler structures for high heat exchange efficiency.
Superior Drainage System
Air-cooled Refrigerated Dryer is designed with three or more drainage stages to discharge massive condensed water and oil contaminants timely and effectively. This keeps the system and compressed air clean & dry while reducing system load.
Multiple control circuit options (standalone, centralized, group control, PC board, variable frequency) are available to meet diverse user demands.
