The heat regenerative adsorption air dryer is a high-precision air treatment device designed to produce ultra-dry compressed air, widely used in industrial scenarios with strict air humidity requirements. Different from refrigerated dryers limited by dew point temperature, this equipment adopts dual-tower adsorption and micro-heat regeneration technology, which can stably achieve extremely low pressure dew point, thoroughly removing moisture from compressed air and providing high-purity dry air for production systems.


The Heat Regenerative Adsorption Dryer is filled with high-quality molecular sieve adsorbent with strong water absorption capacity. During operation, one tower undertakes air adsorption and dehumidification work, while the other tower completes low-temperature micro-heat regeneration and desorption. This cyclic switching operation realizes continuous and uninterrupted air drying.
