The oil-cooled permanent magnet dual VFD screw air compressor is a high-end, ultra-energy-saving industrial air supply device, integrating oil cooling technology, permanent magnet synchronous motor and dual variable frequency control system.

Controller

 

7-inch touch screen with imported TFT LCD display panel and LED backlight technology, screen resolution up to 480*800, supporting multiple communication modes and serial ports.
Dual variable frequency control realizes constant pressure & constant temperature operation, delivering higher efficiency and easier maintenance.
Effectively monitors motor operating temperature.
Provides comprehensive motor protection against phase loss, overload, phase unbalance, overvoltage and undervoltage faults.

Durable, High-Efficiency & Stable Airend

 

Designed with large rotors, oversized bearings and low rotational speed to reduce noise and vibration, extending the service life and improving stability of the airend.
Rotor profiles are machined by German KAPP rotor grinding machines for ultra-high rotor precision and stable airend operation.
Equipped with imported brand bearings.
PM Dual VFD screw air compressor adopts innovative 5:6 asymmetric rotor profile, fully inspected by high-precision 3-coordinate measuring machines to boost air delivery volume by 5%–10%.

Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

 

IP65 protection class, more stable and reliable than IP23 motors in harsh working environments.
Oil cooling design stabilizes motor operating temperature and extends service life. No axial cooling fan eliminates fan energy loss.
Coaxial layout matched with the airend male rotor removes power loss caused by couplings and gearboxes.
Made of 38UH magnetic steel, resistant to temperatures up to 180°C.

Custom Vector Inverter

 

IP44 cooling fan with F-class insulation.
Compared with outer rotor fans, inner rotor fans provide higher wind pressure and larger air volume for superior cooling performance.
Higher wind pressure effectively prevents clogging of coolers and filter screens.

Multi-Blade Centrifugal Fan

 

The impeller is integrally formed via mechanical processing, featuring solid structure and long service life.
Multi-blade centrifugal fan generates higher wind pressure and lower noise than axial fans.
High wind pressure avoids blockage of coolers and filter screens.

Special Filter Assemblies for Air Compressors

 

Air Filter: Filtration area reaches 150% of standard demand, with low intake pressure drop and excellent energy efficiency.
Oil Filter: Oversized filter element made of imported glass fiber media; rated handling capacity ≥1.3 times circulating oil volume, featuring high filtration precision and outstanding durability.
Oil Separator: Imported glass fiber separator core delivers superior oil removal performance with low pressure drop.

Special Valves for Air Compressors

 

Intake Valve: Optimized via low-flow velocity testing with minimal pressure drop to cut energy consumption.
Minimum Pressure Check Valve: Low pressure drop, fast re-seating performance to prevent air backflow.
Thermostatic Valve (Partial Models): Units fitted with mixed-flow thermostatic valves enable easy startup in low-temperature environments. It stabilizes unit performance by regulating oil supply temperature of the airend.
