Rotor profiles are precision ground for high rotor accuracy.
Single screw air compressor adopts innovative 5:6 asymmetric rotor profile, fully inspected by high-precision 3-coordinate measuring machines, increasing air delivery by 5%–10%.
Equipped with imported brand bearings.

Inner Rotor Cooling Fan

 

IP44 cooling fan with F-class insulation.
Compared with outer rotor fans, inner rotor fans deliver higher wind pressure and larger air volume for superior cooling performance.
High wind pressure prevents clogging of coolers and filter screens.

Three Core Filter Elements

 

Air Filter: Filtration area reaches 150% of standard demand, featuring low intake pressure drop and excellent energy efficiency.
Oil Filter: Oversized filter element made of imported glass fiber media; rated handling capacity ≥1.3 times circulating oil volume, with high filtration precision and outstanding durability.
Oil Separator: Imported glass fiber separator core delivers outstanding oil removal performance with low pressure drop.

Intake Valve: Optimized via low-flow velocity testing with minimal pressure drop to reduce energy consumption.

High-Temperature Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryer

 

Counter-flow heat exchange design, more energy-saving and stable than conventional parallel-flow type.

Gas-liquid separation efficiency exceeds 99%.
Pressure dew point can reach as low as 3°C.

Precision Filter

 

Piston-type filter element and housing sealing prevent unfiltered gas bypassing the filter.
New matrix mixed fiber media with large effective filtration area improves removal rate and expands opening area to minimize pressure drop.
Models above 13bar are equipped with differential pressure indicator as standard.
Coated closed foam sleeve resists corrosion from oil and acid to avoid re-mixing condensed liquid into airflow.

Automatic Drain Valve

 

Electronic automatic drain valve is more stable and less prone to clogging compared with float-type drain valves.
Float-type drain valves are easily blocked due to narrow drain holes.
